The Position : Patent Analyst
We are seeking a Patent Analyst to support IPA's intellectual property (IP) initiatives aimed at promoting innovative and affordable patient care globally. The role involves:
- Handling contentious matters, including filing and prosecuting pre-grant and post-grant oppositions.
- Representing cases before patent offices and litigating in various Indian courts.
- Supporting advocacy and policy initiatives in the IP domain.
- Contributing to the development of conversations around innovation and affordability, keeping patient interests at the forefront.
Experience Required
2-3 years in the intellectual property domain
Educational and Professional Qualifications
- M.Sc / MS (Pharm) / M.Tech in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or Pharmacy.
- LLB with a focus on intellectual property law is advantageous.
